Lush Cynthia Sylvia Stout Shampoo Review

Cynthia Sylvia Stout Shampoo (100g)

Rating: 2/5*

Cons:

This shampoo made my hair really, really knotty. My hair is very, very, VERY fine and is below shoulder length, so it gets tangled very easily as is! This shampoo definitely didn’t help with that problem in the slightest, and just made it far worse. If you’re chill with having extremely knotty, thin, breakable, unhealthy hair then sure, try this shampoo…

This shampoo made my hair feel like sh*t in general. Some of the horrible effects this shampoo gave my hair: Made my hair more static, made my hair even more knotty, made my hair feel less healthy, dried out my hair, made my hair more prone to breakage and damage… It got to the point where I just really didn’t want to use this shampoo anymore, and was quite glad when my partner did instead. I really had high hopes for this shampoo but honestly, it was a massive let down!

I had to use quite a bit of product for my hair to even be shampooed properly. Getting the right amount of product in my hair took a lot of trial and error.

This shampoo left my hair really, really flat and lifeless after use. I hated it so much!!!

Sometimes my hair would appear to have more volume – but not exactly in a good way. My hair would be flat at the roots and really static and horrid everywhere else!

Pros:

My partner LOVED this shampoo. He really enjoyed it. He’s a he, and has short, thick hair, so maybe this shampoo is more well suited to those sorts of traits? I don’t know, but I’m glad he enjoyed it all the same!

This shampoo did make my hair shinier, which is something I have been enjoying recently.

This shampoo did clean my hair very well, which is something I’m happy about.

I really liked the smell of this one. A very light, sweet, syruppy, natural lemon smell. It always left my partner’s hair smelling really lovely too!

A little 100g bottle of this is very affordable for a shampoo from Lush (£4.75!)

This is a vegan shampoo from Lush – just those things along make this shampoo worth a go in my opinion!

This shampoo is SUPPOSED to make your hair more voluminous and strong, and is supposed to be gentle. Although I didn’t personally find it to be any of those things really, maybe this product will do these things in someone else’s hair.

Overall Conclusion:

Overall, I’m not going to lie, I hated this shampoo. I absolutely hated it. It has made my hair more of a nightmare to work with than it usually is around this time of the year. My partner did love it however, so I would recommend trying this shampoo if you have short hair, thick hair or both!

This is a shampoo where it would be absolutely terrible to skip the conditioner with, however unprocessed and healthy your hair is.

I’m unfortunately going to have to rate this shampoo a 2/5* rating, and it is only getting that high a rating due to the fact that my partner really enjoyed it.

If you want to try a shampoo that really does improve one’s hair, I’d try either Seanik or Jumping Juniper Solid Shampoo Bars from Lush’s range!

Lush Mint Julips Lip Scrub Review.

Hiya! 🙂

Today is a review of Lush’s ‘Mint Julips Lip Scrub’.

I hope you enjoy!

Mint Julips Lip Scrub:

Rating: 4/5

Cons:

This lip scrub tastes a bit too good – I found myself nibbling on it every now and then! This means that obviously the product runs out a lot quicker and that you kinda get less bang for your buck than you might at first think you will. Basically, for what the product is, I actually find these lip scrubs to be incredibly expensive – whether they are filled to the brim or not!

This scrub gets just about everywhere when you decide to use it. It will end up all around your lips, possibly your chin, your lap if you are sitting down at the time and whatever surface you are sitting on. This is a messy product!

The product does not taste the same way that it smells. It smells like some sort of minty milk chocolate to me, but tastes like mint flavoured sweets. This can be a bit disappointing!

The product smelling so good does mean that it is very tempting to try some of the product – perhaps the product shouldn’t smell quite so good!

After scrubbing your lips with this product, it is recommended that you actually lick the product off. This is somewhat… Well, it means that you’re basically mindfully eating your own dead, scrubbed off lip skin. This is a bit gross!

I always rinse my mouth area after using the lip scrub, because even if I try to lick the product off, there will still be sugar granules sprinkled around my mouth. This can be a bit time consuming and inconvenient at times.

Pros:

This scrub will leave your lips feeling incredibly smooth, plump, renewed and a nice rosey colour. My lips always looked their best just after I had used this scrub! If you like a more natural beauty sort of look, this scrub is especially good, because you can have all of these effects to your lips without having any product actually on them!

I found it very satisfying using this lip scrub. It’s so nice looking in the mirror after scrubbing your lips to find how perfect they look!

This lip scrub smells just like ‘Aero’ – a milk chocolate filled with sweet, creamy, minty “bubbles”. It smells absolutely amazing!

This product comes in a little tiny jar, so it is very easy to put in your handbag and carry around with you wherever you go.

This product is generally very easy and quite fast to use!

This is a Lush product, so it is pretty epic!

Overall Conclusion:

Overall, I absolutely love Lush’s lip scrubs. I prefer this lip scrub to their ‘Popcorn Lip Scrub’, because although I love the smell and taste of the popcorn flavoured lip scrub more, I find that ‘Mint Julips Lip Scrub’ lasts a little bit longer, and I also find I prefer the effects slightly more when using ‘Mint Julips Lip Scrub’.

‘Mint Julips Lip Scrub’ will leave your lips super plump, super rosey, feeling super renewed and extremely smooth. Yes, it might be quite messy and yes, it is also quite expensive for what it is, for the amount of product you get and for how long it lasts. My pot was made on 05/05/16, and I probably used it all up sometime this week. That means it lasts me around 10 or 11 weeks, so 2 1/2 – 3 months. That sounds like a decent amount of time for it to last, but considering it is really just sugar and oils, I’d expect it to last longer for how much I paid for it. I suppose you are essentially paying for someone else to make the product for you, saving you time – but that would still mean that I’d expect a little bit more than the small pot that this scrub comes in, as if I were to make the product myself, I’d definitely make far more product than what they provide.

Overall, I do really like this scrub. I do have some issues with it, but they are nothing massive. I rate this product a 4/5* – I really want to rate it higher, but how messy it is does put me off giving it a 5* rating. Either way, this is a fantastic product, and I look forward to trying more lip scrubs from Lush in the future!

I hope you enjoyed this review everyone!

Lush Sugar Daddy-O Solid Conditioner Review

Hey guys! 🙂

Today I will be reviewing Lush’s ‘Sugar Daddy-O Solid Conditioner’, I hope you enjoy!

Sugar Daddy-O Solid Conditioner

Rating: 5/5

Cons:

If you use this conditioner whilst taking a bath, you might find that after you have drained your bath water, there is a purple waxy residue around your bath. It isn’t TOO difficult to scrub off, but it is a bit of a pain!

When this conditioner gets wet (not when you are actually using it in the shower,) when you leave it in a tray to dry for example, the damp parts of the bar give off a very, very strong and unpleasant bitter sort of a scent. I noticed this particularly when I’d go to turn the bar over so that the underside could dry.

When the bar becomes quite small, it breaks into lots of little pieces. These are EXTREMELY difficult to work with. They are near to impossible to lather up in your hair, will fall onto the floor of your shower constantly and get stuck in your hair! Little pieces of the bar even get stuck to the shower floor and door.

Once you have used this bar up, you’ll find that whatever you have been storing it on to dry has been left with a very stuck-on residue of the conditioner, which is extremely difficult to get rid of. I had to run the tray that I was keeping the conditioner bar in under boiling water whilst constantly scrubbing it for quite some time – and it still isn’t pristine.

This bar looks very artificial. It is a bright violet colour which although looks pretty, does look a little like a chunk of plastic, and it feels a bit odd to use something that looks like that on your hair!

It can take some time to lather this bar up in your hair.

The small bits of conditioner bar that I was left with once the bar started breaking up, I ended up having to mush together in my hands to form a sort of creamy, waxy solution – so that I could use up all the last bits of the conditioner up in my hair. This was kinda difficult to do and was quite time consuming whilst taking a shower.

Pros:

This bar will leave your hair smelling absolutely incredible. The smell really does linger despite what a lot of reviews of this product say. The scent is exactly the same as the sweets called Parma Violets – a very, very sweet, powdery violet scent. This has got to be one of my favourite scented Lush products – at least how it smells after use!

My hair has been looking quite bright and colourful, which could very well be thanks to this bar, since it is aimed at keeping blondes looking blonde! I have also been noticing tons of my natural highlights really showing. I love how my hair looks since using this conditioner!

After I work this conditioner bar through my hair, I brush my hair through and after doing so, my hair always, without fail, feels extremely silky and smooth. I don’t know that I’ve ever felt my hair feeling so silky smooth in my life!

Unlike Lush’s ‘Big Solid Conditioner’, this bar really does lather up (even if it sometimes does take a while to do.) I am always left with suds on my hands after working this bar through my hair, and while rinsing it out there are tons of conditioner suds foamed around the hole of the shower drain. This makes me feel confident that I have very thoroughly conditioned my hair.

This conditioner bar has lasted me absolutely ages. It isn’t my longest lasting Lush product, but it is the longest lasting conditioner I have purchased from Lush thus far.

This conditioner bar has a lustre running through it in green, silver and purple (if I remember correctly.) In the light, the bar shimmers, and looks absolutely beautiful.

This conditioner bar is extremely travel friendly and portable. It is obviously a solid, so it is easy to take abroad etc, but also, unlike the ‘Big Conditioner Bar’, it dries very matte and quite fast.

Physically this conditioner bar feels quite nice and comfortable to the touch. It sort of feels slightly powdery and very matte.

It is purple, and although this makes it look slightly artificial, purple colours are my absolute favourite. It is a very nice colour!

Although all the little pieces that this bar breaks up into are a pain, they do combine together quite well when damp, meaning you can use pretty much every last bit of this conditioner bar without wasting too much.

This conditioner bar isn’t the most moisturising conditioner that I’ve used, but it does do its job and leaves my hair silky and soft.

Overall conclusion:

So, this conditioner can be a pain when it starts to break up into smaller pieces, but whilst the product is still in one piece I absolutely love it. It could be more conditioning, but it does do its job just fine. I have really enjoyed using this conditioner.

Overall, I would rate this product a 5/5* because although improvements could be made to it, the issues are only very minor in comparison to how much this bar has to offer. It leaves the colour of my hair looking beautiful, conditioned and smelling lovely. Once you get the hang of how to use it effectively, then it doesn’t really cause any problems. If you are put off of using Lush’s solid conditioner bars due to past experiences and haven’t given this one a go, it’s definitely worth a try in my opinion! Definitely one of my favourite Lush products thus far.

As long as you go into Lush with an open mind and do not restrict your buying options too much, then you’ll find some beautiful treasures like this one! 🙂

As of 24/04/2017, I have tried and reviewed all of Lush’s vegan conditioners that are currently available on the Lush UK site! I have given both Sugar Daddy-O Solid Conditioner and Veganese Conditioner a 5/5* rating.

If I had to give one of them 1st place as my favourite, and the other 2nd place… This is an incredibly difficult decision!!! Veganese is an amazing conditioner, it truly is. So is Sugar Daddy-O… Veganese left my hair feeling more amazing than Sugar Daddy-O did, but both did leave my hair very soft and smooth. Veganese also gave my hair a ton of volume – but Sugar Daddy-O left my hair smelling INCREDIBLE after use, and I also loved how transport friendly it was. Sugar Daddy-O also left my hair looking amazing!

I think I’m going to give Veganese 1st place and Sugar Daddy-O 2nd place, although this was an INCREDIBLY difficult decision! My reason for this is that purely as a conditioner, Veganese did a better job at moisturising my hair and making it physically feel healthy. Sugar Daddy-O did make my hair LOOK better then Veganese did though, and smell better too! It is also much more pretty to look at, easier to determine how much is needed during application, and is more travel friendly 😉 At the end of the day though, conditioners are used to moisturise the hair. Any down sides or bonus’ other than this point are just extra notes.

So Veganese Conditioner is officially my favourite conditioner from Lush out of the vegan conditioners available on the Lush UK website, as of 24/03/2017! I’ll have to stock up on the 1kg version as it is the best value for money!

Lush Cup O’ Coffee Exfoliating Mask Review

Hey guys!

Today is another Lush review – I hope you enjoy!

Cup O’ Coffee Exfoliating Mask Review – 150g

Rating: 5/5*

Cons:

This mask I find is quite drying. After using this mask, I find my face/hands.wherever I chose to use the mask to be quite parched and lacking moisture. This is definitely a mask where you’ll want to moisturise after using it! It also leaves the skin with a slightly tight feeling.

This is an exfoliating mask, yet after having used it, I find I still have some little rough bits of skin on my face! Just keep in mind that this mask will not thoroughly exfoliate your skin.

This mask is super sticky. If you are not insanely careful while this mask is on your face, it will end up in your hair.

When taking the mask off of your skin, you have to be VERY careful. Do not start massaging the mask off without having applied water first, and do not be too impatient when trying to wash the mask off. This mask really sticks to the skin, so if you aren’t very careful when washing it off, it could easily end up being quite painful and red!

This mask goes a long way, and I don’t even mean that in a good way. My pot of this face mask was made on the 26/09/15, with an expiry date of 26/01/16, however, I have literally only just managed to use this guy up. Some people might think it’s gross to use Lush products past their use by dates, but unless the product starts to smell unusual or doesn’t look how it is meant to, I will continue using it – and this has worked out fine for me! The only problem with this is that I have been using this mask with my boyfriend multiple times a week since I first got it (around the end of November or start of December last year,) and it has literally taken this long for it to run out. That’s 6 and a half months for 2 people to finish it! Although I do not mind using a product past it’s use by date, it does bother me, and does get a little boring using the same product for such a long time. This product just lasts way too long!

This mask looks kinda disgusting on the face. It looks like lumpy mud or… something else unappealing… has been smeared all over your face. It really isn’t a pretty sight!

The smell of this mask gets very sickly. It is made with coffee and agave syrup, make the scent a very. very sweet coffee. Some people might love that smell, but for me it is a bit much!

Around when I first got this product, the smell of the mask even smelled slightly alcoholic to me… it doesn’t smell that way to me now, but that was also kind of off-putting.

This mask is very messy. It takes a very long time to wash it all off of your face and out of your hair line, and then you’ll find that your bathroom sink is littered with little pieces of coffee granules and droplets of murky brown water. It will also get on anything that it touches while it is on your skin because it is so sticky, so be very, very careful…

Pros:

This mask will leave you and anyone else’s face SUPER soft. I’m not even kidding. It won’t feel moisturised, but it will feel insanely soft. After me and my partner use this mask together, we can’t help but keep stroking our faces!

It lasts a really long time, which although is also a con for me, it does mean that this mask is brilliant value for money. My pot cost me around £6.50 and lasted me about 6 and a half months, so £1 a month for 2 people! We generally tried to use this mask a couple of times a week each together, meaning 25p for 4 uses! This was with us using a normal amount of product on our faces each time. Insanely good value for money!

This mask, obviously, smells like coffee. If you enjoy a good sweet cup of coffee, you’ll love the smell of this mask and will find the scent helps wake you up!

This is a vegan, cruelty free, handmade face mask – made with very natural ingredients, and from Lush! What more could you want?

Because this mask lasts so long, it is much more fun to use it with your partner or with friends, making it an entire experience rather than just a product. I have some great photos of me and my partner using this mask together, some lovely memories and have overall really enjoyed the experience of using this mask with him 🙂

This mask is also part of the recycling scheme. If you return 5 pots from Lush saying that they are part of this scheme, you get a free fresh face mask. The pot for this face mask was the fifth pot I had saved up from Lush, so now I can go get myself a free fresh face mask! 😀

After using this product, me and my partner’s face looks colourful, healthy, clean and glowing. It looks like having brand new skin 😀

Overall conclusion:

Overall, I think this mask is okay. I do not like the scent – it makes me feel a little sick to be honest, because I really do not like sweet coffee! It also isn’t moisturising whatsoever, and doesn’t get rid of some dry skin on my forehead – but it does leave about half of my face feeling incredibly smooth, new and soft. It also leaves the skin looking beautiful.

I think that more than anything, this product is an experience, and the experience of using this product is what I have enjoyed most.

Overall, I would rate this product 5/5*. The product itself isn’t amazing, but it’s just been so fun to use that I couldn’t recommend it enough! 🙂

Lush Snowcake Hand And Body Soap Review

Hello!

Today is Lush’s “Snowcake Hand And Body Soap” review!

I hope you enjoy!

Snowcake Hand And Body Soap

Rating: 5/5

Cons:

This soap is very plain looking. Yes, it does have a gold lustre on the top of the soap, but as soon as that washes off, all you are left with is a cream coloured soap – pretty basic!

This soap to me didn’t smell like all that much, and certainly did not smell like marzipan. To me it smelt slightly sickly sweet, and at the same time, smelt quite a bit like a regular bar of soap. Like if sugar was added to the formula of a standard soap, if that makes any sense?

If you get a piece with little shapes on top of it, after a bit of usage, the gold lustre will mix with some gooey soap solution and sort of “pool” in the pits of these shapes, which can be a bit gross.

The soap runs out really quickly when using it. The Reindeer Rock Soap that I used would take a much smaller amount of product to produce a good lather to wash my body with, however, this soap seems to disappear before your eyes!

After several uses when the soap has smoothed down, it becomes incredibly slippery. This means you’ll find yourself dropping it constantly while using it, which can get very irritating to say the least.

This product is limited edition for the Christmas season, so you cannot purchase it from the Lush store for the majority of the year.

I found that I had to re-lather this soap onto my loofah several times sometimes during my shower, in order to have enough lather to be able to wash my entire body with. This was time consuming and slightly irritating.

The lather that this soap leaves on your body is very thick. This means that you have to position the shower faucet pretty much directly onto any suds on your body in order to rinse them off.

Pros:

This soap is very, very, very creamy and therefore moisturising. It is almost like a body lotion and a soap all in one. Using this creamy soap will leave your body feeling very supple and soft.

The gold lustre on top is very pretty, and makes the soap look magical! A bit of gold lustre on a soap helps me feel like a bit of a princess while I take my morning shower 🙂

Overall, possibly because of the slightly sickly scent causing me to pick it up a little less often, this soap has lasted me a good amount of time, despite how fast it generally seems to run out while using it. It has lasted me for about 5 months!

Even when the soap is dry, the texture of it is not a particularly waxy one, like your typical soap. It is much more soft and creamy in texture than that and feels very pleasant to the touch.

The soap does leave behind a scent in both the bathroom and on the skin, which smells more pleasant and subdued to me in comparison to when it’s actually being used in the shower.

This soap does clean you very thoroughly, so it does it’s job very well!

The appearance of this soap does make it fit in quite well with the Christmas range, and does have quite a festive feel to it. When this soap next comes out in the Christmas range, I’d recommend buying it simply to amplify the Christmas spirit!

The name of this soap is adorable, and very tasty sounding! Who doesn’t love cake?

The soap claims to be marzipan scented and although to me it is not, just the claim is somehow appealing – marzipan was certainly one of my favourite treats as a child!

If you are someone who does not like the taste or scent of marzipan, then this soap lacking that scent should appeal to you! It does NOT smell like marzipan!!!

This soap even looks somewhat edible!

Although the colouring of this soap is rather bland, simplicity is often preferred in a bathroom, and this soap will not clash with any colour schemes you may have – some may find the simple cream colouring of this soap to even be somewhat elegant.

The shape and patterns and overall appearance of this soap is quite nice, it has very interesting and unique patterns on the top of it, and really makes this soap feel a lot more special than a lot of Lush’s other soaps.

Overall Conclusion:

Overall, I did really like this soap. I think it is overall very beautiful, and is a soap I would like to purchase every Christmas season. It is a soap that helps make me feel as special as a princess when I take my shower, as soft and moisturised as a baby’s skin, and that makes me really feel excited about Christmas!

It is rather plain looking in terms of it’s colouring, especially in comparison to other Lush soaps, but I feel that the gold lustre compliments this rather well. Perhaps if there was a caramel coloured swirl throughout the soap, I’d love it more so!

Overall, I rate this soap a 5/5*. It isn’t absolutely perfect, and slight tweaks could be made to it, but for a soap?… For a soap, it is amazing, definitely for use during the winter time!

Lush Seanik Shampoo Bar Review

Hello everybody! 🙂

I’m back again with another review! Today will be Lush’s ‘Seanik Shampoo Bar’.

I hope you enjoy! 🙂

Seanik Shampoo Bar

Rating: 5/5*

Cons:

There are pieces of seaweed in the shampoo bar. When these pieces come into contact with water, they become kind of gooey and gel-like in texture, which can look pretty gross.

If you don’t want to deal with using a shampoo bar that has begun falling apart, this might not be the best shampoo for you. As I neared the end of my bar (when I probably had around 20 washes or so left of it,) the middle of the bar got used up in my hair, leaving a doughnut shaped shampoo bar. This itself was difficult to work with, but then when that started breaking up, it just became even more difficult. Eventually I was left with about 5-10 tiny pieces of shampoo bar which I used up the final time I shampooed my hair with Seanik. Again, using a falling apart shampoo bar is pretty tricky to do, but I wanted to use it all up!

This shampoo bar does sort of smell like the sea, which although some people might like, it can get a bit much after a while. It has a very salty, sea-like, fresh, slightly floral smell to it.

Residue of this shampoo bar will absolutely cling for dear life to the bottom of whatever container or surface you choose to store it in/on. I rinsed out my square tin that I was keeping my shampoo bar in once I had used it all up, and even after thorough rinsing whilst rubbing the bottom of the tin, there is still some tiny pieces of shampoo bar and residue stuck to the bottom of it.

As soon as the center of the shampoo bar is gone, using the shampoo bar will cause your hair to become tangled and knotty, and the lather will not be anywhere near as light and fluffy. Sometimes you will even need to re-apply some of the shampoo bar to get a thick enough lather to feel like your hair has been thoroughly cleaned.

When I did finally rinse out my tin, there were still some small pieces of shampoo bar left, but they were so small that it seemed pointless to keep them. This means some product was wasted!

While using any small shampoo bar pieces in the shower, often pieces would fall onto the shower floor, which would be a bit of a pain and means that a lot of shampoo bar was wasted here.

If pieces do fall on the floor of the shower, and you want to salvage them, they will be very difficult to get a grip of and to pick up!

Pros:

This shampoo bar lathers up immensely! Just a few strokes on the hair and you will have enough lather to clean your hair thoroughly. What I would do is swipe the shampoo bar around the rim of my entire hair line, to make sure my roots had an even distribution of shampoo.

The colour! Seanik is a beautiful blue that looks brighter than any images you will see of it online. It is such a beautiful looking shampoo bar!

My hair always feels really soft after using this shampoo bar.

This shampoo bar is very clarifying.

I find the lather produced from shampoo bars to be much easier to rinse out that of the lather products by your more standard shampoo. This saves some time in the shower!

I always leave the shower feeling beachy and fresh after using this shampoo bar, as though I’ve just been to the beach for a swim in a clear blue sea.

This shampoo bar is so affordable for how far it goes. I have probably had this shampoo bar since January sometime, so that is at least 3 months that it has lasted me, and I almost exclusively have been using this shampoo bar for that duration. It only costs £5.95, £1-£2 a month for your shampoo is not bad!

The shampoo bar being in a solid format is incredibly useful. It is easy to take these with you in a tin if you would like to go on holiday etc.

Using this shampoo bar leaves your hair quite light, soft, voluminous, textured and fluffy (in a good way!)

Overall conclusion:

I think that this shampoo bar would be great to use in the summer – it really does feel more like a summertime shampoo to me, because of how beachy it makes your hair feel. It is a brilliant shampoo, and in my opinion it could be used regularly, although, as stated before, the beachy hair feeling can get a bit much sometimes. I especially feel like this shampoo bar would be great for hair that lacks texture and volume, or for anyone who loves summer, beaches or great hair!

Overall, I would rate Seanik a 5/5*, only just! I would not exclusively use this shampoo bar personally, because I start to feel like my hair has salty sea-like buildup or something after using only this bar for a long period of time! I think it is good to have a couple of different shampoos anyway, so that you can have a choice whenever you take a shower.

The Lush products I won’t review no.4.

Hello readers! 🙂

I am back with another Lush post, so if Lush isn’t your cup of tea, this is your warning!

I thought I’d write a post on the products that I won’t be reviewing.

This might seem a little bit random, but some of the reasons behind me not wanting to review these products I feel may be of some value to fellow Lushies. The products I have chosen to not review are generally items that are comedogenic.

This post will only be including Lush’s products under the Makeup, Perfume, Gifts and Spa categories, so that it will be a little shorter.

Products>Makeup>Face

For the colour essentials, unfortunately every product apart from ‘Eyes Right’ contain comedogenic ingredients. I have acne, so I like to avoid using pore-clogging ingredients on my facial area, so as not to make it any worse. This means that I won’t be using any of these colour essentials products. I will be giving ‘Eyes Right’ a go though!

All of the colour supplements from Lush are also comedogenic unfortunately, so I won’t be trying any of these anytime soon.

Products I have purchased and am currently reviewing from this section: N/A

Products I have reviewed from this section: N/A

Products>Makeup>Eyes

For the liquid eyeliners, they are all vegan, and I will love to experiment with them all!

The cream eyeshadows are also all vegan, and I look forward to trying them out too!

Products>Makeup>Lips

I am excited to say that all of Lush’s makeup products for the lips are vegan! I am really looking forward to trying all of these colours out.

Products I have reviewed from this section: N/A

Products>Perfume>Gorilla Perfume

‘Hellstone’ from Volume 2 and ‘The Smell Of Weather Turning’ from Volume 1 are both non-vegan, and are only vegetarian. This means that I won’t be giving these two a go unfortunately.

‘Karma Gift’ I feel should be covered in the next section (Gifts,) so I won’t be covering that now.

All the other products in this category are vegan-friendly, and I will love to start giving them a try.

Products I have purchased and am currently reviewing from this section: N/A

Products I have reviewed from this section: N/A

Products>Gifts

I personally wouldn’t buy any of the items in this section for myself. I prefer to pick and buy individual products rather than pre-packaged items for myself. For this reason, I won’t be buying any of the gift boxes in this section. I also prefer products that can be used up rather than actual permanent items, so this means I won’t be buying anything in this category at all.

Products I have purchased and am currently reviewing from this section: N/A

Products I have reviewed from this section: N/A

Products>Spa>Treatments

Again, I don’t think I’d ever spend my own money to treat myself to a spa experience. I’m sure they are wonderful, but if I’m going to buy myself something from Lush, I prefer for it to be an actual object that I can use up. Therefore, I won’t be reviewing any of the spa treatments or music CDs anytime soon.

Products I have purchased and am currently reviewing from this section: N/A

Products I have reviewed from this section: N/A

That’s all for the Lush products I won’t be reviewing! Some of the products that I have written about might not be available to purchase anymore, due to them being Kitchen products. There will also be some products that I did not include, such as exclusive products not currently in the Kitchen, Oxford Street exclusive products, Spa products etc, that can be bought in other locations other than the Products section on the UK Lush website.

I’m so excited for all of the Lush products out there for me to try!
